Executive Flight Services offers charter services to corporate aviation users in the Greater Kansas City area. All flights are operated under FAA Part 135 by Executive Flight Services charter air carrier #E07A355K.

Daily Minimum: Two (2) hour minimum per day, for Occupied Round-Trips; One and a half (1.5) hour minimum per day for One-Way trips. Flight Hours are measured in increments of 1/10 of one hour, as measured by the Aircraft Hobbs meter. A “Flight Hour” for each EFS operated flight shall be calculated by multiplying the number of hours flown plus 1/10 of one hour for each take-off and landing as a taxi allowance.
Crew Per Diem: Crew per diem for domestic flights is $50 per day and is an actual cost. Crew per diem for international flights is $100 per day and is an actual cost. All flights operated by two (2) pilots.
Domestic Crew Overnight: $500/night
International Crew Overnight: $600/night
Additional Charges: Actual costs will be charged at destinations including aircraft landing and ramp fees, charges for hangar, de-icing, catering, etc.
*$50,000 initial deposit for funds to be withdrawn for all trip costs; Deposit needs to be replenished once the balance is reduced to $5,000; Deposit is refundable with 30 day notice ,with a 10% handling charge.
The above rates are based on aircraft departing out of KMKC (Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport).
Repositioning fees apply to departures out of all other airports.
